LOGO DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
EXPLAINED BY HEIDI FROM DAIQUIRI

STEP 1 - The client provides me with a brief outlining what they want their logo to look/feel like and what they want it to represent. Eg. They would like a corporate/funky/simple/eye-catching design etc, using green/blue/brown/silver/red etc. I also sometimes ask clients to provide me with a few samples of logos they do like, and others they do not. This generally gives me a good idea of what the client is after for their logo.
STEP 2 - Once I have chatted to the client about what they are after in a logo, I will get to work and develop the concept/s. When I am happy with the concepts, I will email them to the client. This generally takes 2-3 business days, depending on my workload at the time.
STEP 3 -The client gets back to me with any changes.
STEP 4 - I make the alterations.
STEP 5 - Steps 3 and 4 continue until the client is happy with the logo.
STEP 6 - I provide the client with the logo disk which contains the final logo in six different formats, a colour palette, and all fonts used.

The whole logo process can take as little as three business days, however it really depends on alterations that the client requires.
